Onenightidreamed showed a terrific attitude to grind out victory in the seven-furlong conditions race at Tipperary.
Chris Hayes tracked the front-runner and asked him to hit the front turning for home. He kept on well inside the final furlong to score by two-and-a-quarter lengths from Master Speaker with two-lengths further back to Stenographer.
Onenightidreamed was making his third outing of the season and had been third in Listed company at Leopardstown six days ago.
“It didn’t suit him being in front but he was entitled to do that,” said Stack.
“We had to find a way to draw the sting out of the others and he won snug enough in the end.
“He has been a great servant. He could go for the Amethyst Stakes at Leopardstown next if the ground is soft.”
